@StanChart It is disappointing that the only time I get any response is when I escalate the matter publicly on Twitter. Even then, your team only replies via DMs (Direct Messages) without providing a proper solution or timeline.
@cenbank@StanChart Going forward, I request that all responses be made publicly, so that it is clear to everyone that the issue has been acknowledged and is being addressed. This level of silence and lack of accountability is highly unprofessional and unfair to your customers.
To the best of my knowledge, the CBN policy requires that all customer complaints be resolved within two weeks, yet this issue has lingered far beyond that.
I am kindly requesting your assistance in escalating this matter for a prompt resolution. Thank you.

My first email to the bank was sent on 5th March, but up until now, I keep receiving the same response that "the team is working on it" and it will be resolved soon. Unfortunately, nothing has been done.

Good day all,
I have been struggling to reactivate my account with Standard Chartered Bank for over four months now, in order to enable me to carry out transactions and make necessary payments.

@NDICNigeria@StanChart am requesting that this matter be given immediate attention at d highest level @cenbank, and that my acct is reactivated without further delay. Kindly treat this msg with the urgency and seriousness it deserves, as continued silence is no longer acceptable
@NDICNigeria@cenbank@StanChart Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from your team, I have received no concrete update or action. This prolonged delay has negatively impacted my business operations and shows a clear lack of accountability from the responsible department.
@cenbank@NDICNigeria@StanChart am writing to formally escalate a longstanding issue regarding the reactivation of my account, which has now been pending for over four months without resolution or proper feedback from @StanChart.
