ANOTHER ROUND! ANOTHER ROUND!!!
YEAH REALLY!!!
—ZERO remorse!???😡😡😡
Another Drunken Murder on Wheels!
20-year-old law student Rakshit Chaurasia turned Vadodara’s roads into a death trap, crashing his speeding car into multiple two-wheelers near Muktanand Crossroads in Karalibag.
💔 Hemali Patel lost her life on the spot, leaving behind her minor daughter, while 7 others were seriously injured.
🔴 The car belonged to his friend, who sat in the passenger seat, enabling this reckless crime.
🔴 CCTV footage exposes the horrific collision, yet another case of privilege-fueled recklessness.
The question is: How long will drunk, entitled brats keep killing innocent people on our roads?
MOREOVER, he chanted "Har Har Mahadev' to garner support - WHAT on earth!!!
We saw Pune. Now, Vadodara. Will the system act, or will another “influential” family buy their way out with the corrupt system at play?
@Vadcitypolice@CMOGuj@GujaratPolice, you gotta make an example out of this case! Arrest both culprits and ensure maximum punishment.

While ‘ATM has been closed’ with @BlrCityPolice arresting Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania (A1), her mother Nishi Singhania (A2), and her brother Anurag Singhania (A3), and we must applaud them, it is deeply shocking that A4 – Smt. Reeta Kaushik, also named in Atul’s suicide note and video – remains untouched.
Why is there no investigation? Why no updates?
Our open letter demanded action on this and called for judicial reforms, but the silence is deafening.
Requesting urgent intervention from PM @narendramodi and UP CM @myogiadityanath 🙏 as Justice is Still Due.

Subject: A Citizen’s Plea to Investigate Judicial Corruption in the Case of Late Atul Subhash
Dear Narendra Modi Ji,
With utmost respect and unwavering faith in your leadership, I, an ordinary citizen of India, write to you on behalf of millions who trust in your resolve to uphold justice and equality in our great nation. Today, I pen this letter not as a mere observer but as someone echoing the voice of a late husband, a late son, and a fellow Indian—Late Atul Subhash.
Atul Subhash, before his untimely demise, courageously left behind a 40-page suicide note and a video, detailing grave allegations of corruption, bribery, and harassment against Sm. Reeta Kaushik, Principal Judge of the Family Court in Allahabad. These allegations, if true, reflect a systemic rot that undermines the very fabric of our judiciary, the pillar of justice in our democracy.
In his final words, Atul laid bare the practices of bribery and coercion he faced in his legal battle. Despite naming the accused individuals, including Sm. Reeta Kaushik, the FIR registered in Bengaluru notably omits her name. This glaring omission raises questions about accountability and the impartiality of our legal system. While public pressure is rightly being placed on Accenture and the Bengaluru Police to ensure swift action against his wife, Nikita Singhania (निकिता सिंघानिया), the allegations against Sm. Reeta Kaushik demand immediate and unbiased investigation.
Sir, as citizens, we deeply value the strides made under your leadership, especially in empowering women and ensuring gender equality. However, this empowerment should never shield individuals from accountability. No one, regardless of gender or position, should be above the law. Justice must be impartial, transparent, and swift.
As a creator and social awareness advocate, I have seen firsthand how public sentiment can be a catalyst for change. I urge you to take cognizance of this case and initiate a thorough investigation into the allegations against Sm. Reeta Kaushik. This action would not only restore faith in our judiciary but also serve as a strong message to anyone attempting to misuse their position of power.
Late Atul Subhash’s note is not just his story—it is a call for systemic reform. It highlights the struggles of countless others who lose hope in the face of an unresponsive and biased judicial system. Let his sacrifice not go in vain.
Your intervention in this matter would resonate deeply with every citizen who dreams of an India where justice is not a privilege but a right.
With the utmost hope and respect,
Yours Sincerely,
Akassh Ashok Gupta
