@greenstuffworld Hello! I went to use some green stuff we bought from you and something is very wrong 😔 It seems like the outside of the yellow part has hardened. After mixing, I was able to pull out chunks of yellow and it's tough to pierce without a blade.

@ArcadeSwan Hi Richard, that would be a question for Sky I'm afraid as you are using the SkyQ box. On our recordable boxes we always recommend scheduling records to finish 5-10 minutes after the advertised times just in case the show was delayed starting. ^Suzanne

@VirginMediaIE Thanks Suzanne. I'll reach out to them. A comment for feedback though - this is the only show we record where this happens. There was one episode of Torchwood on BBC years ago (10 years?) where this happened too. Love Island on Virgin though, it happens a lot 😢

@McDonaldsIRL Hello! I tried to order the Bacon Clubhouse Double this evening for a picky eater - so asked for no veg or sauce. McD Midleton took it a couple of steps further and removed the bun and bacon too. Not ideal.
