The mandates were implemented to create herd immunity. The fruit: populations that achieved neither immunity nor the end of transmission requirements, while the definition of „vaccine“ was quietly updated to accommodate a product that did not prevent infection or spread and indeed caused massive damage to humanity.

The censorship of dissent was implemented to protect public health information. The fruit: the systematic suppression of safety signals that would have modified clinical guidance and protected patients, and a level of institutional distrust that no subsequent communication campaign has been able to repair.

But the fruit test does not evaluate intentions. It evaluates outcomes.
A tree is known by what it produces, not by what it intended to produce.

This is not cynicism. It is the most basic form of empirical accountability available.

And it is the one standard that cannot be adjusted by authority, overridden by consensus, or suppressed by professional consequence.

The fruit is there. It is documented. It is measurable.

Our civilization is going to die from an ADHD epidemic.

The attention span required to maintain a complex society — to read contracts, to follow arguments, to sit with difficulty, to defer gratification long enough to build anything that lasts — is being systematically destroyed.

ADHD as a clinical category is real. But what is happening now exceeds any clinical definition. What is happening is the mass production of attentional incapacity in people who were never neurologically predisposed to it. The smartphone did in fifteen years what lead paint took generations to do — it rewired the cognitive architecture of an entire population. The difference is that lead was an accident. The feed was engineered. Every pull-to-refresh, every notification badge, every autoplay was optimized by teams of engineers using casino psychology to make the interruption irresistible. They succeeded. The product works exactly as intended. The product is you, stripped of the ability to concentrate.

The consequences are not abstract. Democracy requires citizens who can read a long argument and evaluate it. Juries require people who can hold complexity in mind across days of testimony. Science requires researchers who can sit alone with a problem for years without external validation. Literature requires readers. Architecture requires clients who can hold a vision across the time it takes to build. All of these institutions were designed for a cognitive profile that is becoming statistically rare. The human attention span did not evolve for depth — but culture trained it there over millennia, through apprenticeship, through scripture, through the novel, through the slow disciplines of craft. That training is being undone in real time.

What makes this terminal rather than merely troubling is the feedback loop. A distracted population elects distracted leaders who make policy in the format of a tweet. A distracted workforce produces goods and services of diminishing complexity and ambition. A distracted electorate cannot sustain the long attention required to hold power accountable across the years it takes for consequences to arrive. And a distracted culture cannot produce the art, the philosophy, or the science that would allow it to understand what is happening to itself. The diagnosis requires exactly the cognitive capacity that the disease destroys.

Arrighi described capitalism consuming itself through financialization. This is the human correlate: a civilization consuming its own cognitive substrate. The attention economy is not a metaphor. It is an extraction industry. What is being extracted is the capacity for sustained thought, and like any extractive industry it does not stop until the resource is gone. The ore here is THE ABILITY TO BE BORED, to wait, to follow a thread to its end — the unglamorous mental furniture of every functional society that has ever existed.

Rome did not fall in a day. But there was a moment when the complexity required to maintain the empire exceeded the institutional capacity to manage it. We are approaching an equivalent threshold — not military, not economic, but cognitive. The infrastructure of modernity is too complex to be operated by minds that have been optimized for the scroll.

Nuclear plants, financial systems, legal codes, diplomatic negotiations, climate modeling — none of these run on dopamine hits and six-second videos. And the people being trained right now, on devices handed to them at age three, are the people who will be asked to run them.

The epidemic will not be declared. There will be no moment of recognition, no wartime mobilization of attention. There will only be a slow, well-documented, heavily monetized degradation — and a civilization too distracted to read the report.

It was a common error in analysis to treat the Iraq war as “stupid” or “a mistake.” Paul Bremer dismissing the Iraqi army, obliterating the state through De-Ba'athification, creating the insurgency. It doesn’t make any sense as a strategy unless you understand that the war was for Israel.

The Iraqi state had to be pulverized so it could never again threaten Israel. Iraqi academics, engineers, specialists of all kinds had to be killed or chased out in terror. Then ditto in Libya, ditto in Syria. The only plan is to try to do that to Iran.

None of this was “a mistake.” None of it was “stupid.” The actual goals were just different from the justifications presented for public consumption.

The Israel lobby is immensely powerful but a war with Iran was always the one thing they couldn’t get. U.S. state planners since the Iranian revolution have understood what closure of the strait of Hormuz would mean. It is apocalyptic for the maintenance of the petrodollar that the U.S. empire depends on.

The lobby has been working our government for decades now. They’ve finally got a president blackmailed enough and a deep state zogged enough that the initial start of the war could go forward. Now they’re riding on the back of a tiger.

The cost of living crisis is coming home. They have to keep the war going over what will be increasing civil unrest. Eventually they’re going to push Trump into doubling down. The goal is to go nuclear. That’s what they think is the way out. Nuking Iran.

This is genocidal madness. It’s why everyone in Congress needs to be held accountable for not funding a single dollar for this illegal war. It’s why the anti war movement in this country needs to wake up and recognize that we are in a crisis moment. Our passivity will be taken by the ruling class as permission to do the unthinkable.

Let's get it out of the way that Putler let down and didn't lift a finger for yet another ally lol.

Now, people making Orban's loss about "Zionism" or conservative culture LARP are fools. Both sides are Zionists, Magyar himself went to The Wall™ wearing The Little Cap™. The main issue here aren't Palestine or muh woke transgenders culture war™ blah blah blah. That's all theater that's meaningless in Hungary's context. Hungary's position on Palestine doesn't matter as a tiny country in Europe and wont change anything, they have more to lose.

The main issue is Hungary's economy, and relative autonomy from the encroachment of Brussels, Berlin, Paris, and other power centers of the liberal world order.

The main difference between the two is that Orban was a decent sovereigntist for Hungary and the Hungarian people. I, and anyone else with a rational non-retarded mind, can recognize that. He did not follow the rest of the EU off the American Cliff by getting involved in the Ukraine War.

He kept energy costs low, subsidized and imported cheaply from Russia. He didn't do any traitorous nonsense like Germany who dismantled their own nuclear plants and let the Americans blow up Nordstream in favor of handing America a free energy market monopoly in West/Central Europe and expensively importing American garbage gas.

Under nearly 3 decades of his administration, he prevented foreign multinational corporations from buying up land and deindustrializing the country, protected domestic industry, agri-economy, farming cooperatives etc.

To my knowledge, Hungary managed to avoid some of horrors seen in many other former Eastern Bloc countries - like former Yugoslavia, and post Soviet Russia & Ukraine - because of Orban. The savage economic raping and ravaging of these countries by Western Capital left most of these countries permanently crippled, even Russia's productive industrial capabilities are a fraction of that of the RSFSR under the USSR. Ukraine's heavy industry likewise rotting away for 3 decades. Croatia, once a shipbuilding hub, reduced to a complete tourist economy shithole at the mercy of Brussels. Serbia retaining less than a fourth of the factories it had (in the Serbian Socialist Republic alone!) prior to the breakup of Yugoslavia, and that's despite so called "recovery" programs by Vučić, it was even worse in the early 2000s. And to mention, the IMMENSE, MASSIVE decline in living standards which Eastern Bloc countries are only now catching up to pre-collapse levels in the last decade. Hungary managed to avoid a lot of these extreme neoliberalizations, austerity economics, extreme poverty, deindustrialization, so on.

Hungary retained strong family support programs including full mother's leave, financial support for family planning, etc.

Several elements of economic statism from Hungary's Red past have been retained under Orban, despite him being a nominal anticommunist.

Orban preventing mass immigration into Hungary also has good effects for average Hungarian workers. One of the key purposes of mass immigration and the importing of millions of foreign workers is to drive down the bargaining power of domestic labor by employing cheap foreign labor who are more willing to toil harder in the same tasks for cheaper wages. Foreign imported workers are also far less likely to unionize or protest against employers. They form a massive reserve army of labor. You can get into secondary or tertiary reasoning about social disharmony, effects on crime rates, or cultural or demographic replacement/damage caused by mass settlement of foreign workers but these are all peripheral in my opinion to the central issue of workers' quality of life.

Orban also maintained decent to good ties with states like Belarus, Cuba, Maduro, old Syria, Iran, Russia, and China. The latter of which helped invest in major public infrastructure development projects via BRI, like HSR line construction.

To start with the conclusion: no, there won't be a direct military confrontation between Israel and Turkey. It is all talk: loud in rhetoric, quiet in substance.

For both leaderships, a heated external rivalry is the ultimate political gift. What we see is just the perfect utilisation of it from both Ankara and Tel Aviv.

President Erdoğan has long mastered the art of using the Palestinian cause to consolidate his conservative & religious base. By framing Israel as an existential threat to Turkey, he shifts the domestic focus away from economic woes (like the 2026 bread price hikes) and toward a "national survival" narrative.

For Tel Aviv it is the same: Israeli leadership uses Turkey’s rhetoric to justify a permanent state of high-alert. By painting Turkey as a "sophisticated and dangerous" successor to Iran's regional influence, they maintain a "rally around the flag" effect, ensuring that the electorate remains focused on external threats rather than internal political divisions.

At the same time, Netanyahu needs another "external threat" to avoid judicial persecution for corruption. No better "enemy" than Turkey in this.

These verbal volleys we have been experiencing on twitter are designed for voters in Istanbul and Tel Aviv, not for generals in a war room.

Military impact: Modern warfare between two major, non-adjacent powers like Turkey and Israel makes no strategic sense. Any direct military engagement would require long-range operations across multiple sovereign territories or maritime escalation in the Eastern Mediterranean both highly escalatory and logistically complex. Not gonna happen.

More importantly, Turkey is a member of NATO. While NATO would not automatically defend Turkey in an offensive war, any conflict involving a NATO member and Israel would create an unprecedented crisis for Western security architecture. The United States, Israel’s primary ally and NATO’s leading power, would actively work to prevent such a scenario.

In terms of economic co-operation: Turkey and Israel are still big trading partners, despite everything. Current 2026 data shows a suspicious, multi-hundred-percent spike in Turkish exports to the Palestinian Authority.

Yep, it is just a "paperwork pivot". Turkish steel, cement, and electrical goods are being shipped to Palestinian destinations but are functionally integrated into the broader Israeli market.

Furthermore, trade via third countries like Greece and Romania has flourished. While politicians from both countries shout at microphones and post tweets, the merchant fleets are quietly keeping the regional economy afloat.

To summarize: Turkey and Israel are like two actors in a high-stakes drama. They need each other to play the villain so they can remain the heroes of their own domestic stories.

As long as the trade ships (even the "dark" ones) keep sailing and the NATO flag keeps flying over Ankara, a direct war remains a fantasy.

I understand why, for comrades who are under the bombs, it can be frustrating to hear things they think are based on speculation or second-guessing the Resistance.

Unfortunately, that is not the case. What I have been saying about what has unfolded in the past few days of negotiations is not based on armchair speculation. What I am saying is the deeply informed assessment of trusted sources who have been involved in the process throughout the war.

Before one even gets to the question of betrayal which so exercises the brothers in the video: Araghchi did not get a written agreement of any kind. So arguing about whether Lebanon was involved in it or not is meaningless — there simply was no ceasefire treaty because he was so incredibly lax that he didn't bother getting anything written down at all. Instead, this entire process which puts the lives of tens of millions of our beloved brothers and sisters at stake was just hashed out via text messages and tweets. It's outrageous.and unforgivable.

Brother Ali said he was optimistic about the Americans agreeing to adopt the Ten Point Plan: but what I have been saying for the past 24 hours is that the ten points Araghchi announced to Iranians are not the ten points he gave to the Americans. There is a grave deception here. Again, this is not speculation, it's hard fact. You may not like it, but this is what happened during negotiation process and people deserve to know so that they can hold these officials to account.
