The paper, like the model and code, is open access and free for public and commercial use. Ever since this paper was initially submitted (in October 2019!) we have been working hard to improve LDAR-Sim, so stay tuned for lots of great updates coming soon!

@arvindpawan1 A possible consideration: I once published an article with a map of India using disputed border symbology. A co-author working in India called in a panic following publication worried that he could be terminated if anyone saw his name on it! Had to be changed.
