@DistantCoder Judge ruled in my favor, explained that since Welcome Home is sending the monster as cost and not Tributing it, it's a valid cost payment.

@DistantCoder People seem to think Crown locks your monster out of use for everything, but that's not the case.

Had a judge called on me Saturday, I sent an Elfnote monster as cost for Welcome Home that had been Crowned. Opp didn't know Crown doesn't prevent me from using the monster as cost

Logged onto Master Duel forgetting that Elfnote dropped yesterday. Picked up some of the 5-pack bundles with old items and pulled Lucina and a royal. Very good start. Looking forward to building Elfnote here too as I start testing it IRL
