@TfL I have a travel card valid upto Oct 31, 2025. Tapped on to the bus 10 minutes ago and now at the station it won't ket me in. Even machine at the station says ' your card cannot be read/used, service assistance'
Station person says cant help me as he doesn't do oyster.

I was with Emirates Calm centre and they were helpful enough to calm my mother at DXB to assure.
Call centre lady wanted to speak to ground staff to inform about assistance my mother requires but ground staff refused to talk to her.

Flight was diverted to Vienna due to operational reasons and then moved on to DXB. All understandable upto this point.
At DXB no one was/is there to assist her . No wheelchair No assistance.
She is still sitting at DXB nearly 4 hours later without any food and assurance.
