Introducing our latest set of updates:
- AI Automatic Tooth Segmentation
- New Dashboard
- Web Editor
- Updated Webviewer
- Order Aligners and Retainers from Desktop App
- Improved setup versioning
The resulting aligner has shape memory - meaning that when deformed, it returns to its original shape at body temperature - allowing for better movement of teeth
Introducing ArchForm's directly 3D printed aligners
Aligners have always been made by 3d printing a model of teeth, thermoforming a sheet of clear plastic over the top, and then cutting and polishing desired parts. Now we can skip that and make the final part.
Here's a video of the workflow - the parts are removed from the 3d printer, and placed in a centrifuge, put in a nitrogen environment while they are cured with UV light, and then placed in hot water to check the cure
