Full-scale provincial visit to Burslem Chapter No. 98 to dedicate their new Banner, a ceremony not undertaken in Staffordshire for over 30yrs. It marks the old and new coming together as this 110yr old Chapter transitions to emcompass new, special interest membership.

Great to be out with the Provincial team joining the members of St James' Chapter 482 in celebrating the remarkable 60th Anniversary in the Royal Arch of EComp Bill Whittall, PAGSoj. Also supporting were 3 Past GSupts, which marks the high esteem in which Bill is held.

The rescheduled Annual Convocation of Provincial Grand Chapter took place at Stafford on 17th September, with the new ‘Rule of Six’ in force.
I was delighted to Install both 2ndProvGP Andy Brittle and 3rdProvGP Ralph Howarth.

Great to do a personal delivery of a 50yr Certificate to Chris Bellis at his house in Blythe Bridge yesterday whilst fully maintaining social distancing guidelines! The presentation was originally planned for March at Staffs 1st Principals Chapter but events overtook us. Congrats

We congratulate Eddie Ford on his promotion to PGSwdB, Michele Santopietro on his appointment to GStB and Matt Gibbons on his appointment to PGStB. On a Zoom mtg today we congratulated them with applause, just as we would have done at FMH under more normal circumstances!

Our annual convocation planned for 7th April has been postponed until the autumn. From the summons already issued, all provincial active and past rank appointments, as well as all promotions listed, will come into effect on 7th April 2020. Full details are being sent to Chapters.
