@italianinvesto Just curious but why is a P/E ratio of 20x appropriate? I have rarely seen any machinery/automotive equipments going above ~10 other than those in the hottest of segment.
@Monolith_Cap How is sales and OP affected despite "start-up costs from new facilities"? Are CAPEX expensed and not capitalized? Perhaps I am missing something but 12% sales growth isn't really positive no matter how you assume the split between volume increase and price uplift?
@maxwellhouse99 The organic growth is actually only 7% once you stripped out the revenue from the inorganic acquisition, do you have any concerns there?
@TheLazyBeavers Thanks! Tho 30% is still a large revenue contributor for a single market, provides clues into how successful leatt will be able to expand across categories.Admirable for being able to hold through the inventory overbuild!
@TheLazyBeavers Haven't been following the company but on first glance, it looks like the company is losing market share broadly across most product lines? Tho I have to say the variances are mostly too little to have any meaningful read into.
@mavix_leon Am I the only one that is a little underwhelmed by the results? Haven't looked at it in details but it appears that revenue growth is slowing down and came at the expense of lower margins
@3rdFloorCapital I actually think most people are wrong here. The announcement specified that the merged entity will become a BTC investment company and not a CRYPTO company. Yet, til recently, BTCS prides itself on its ETHEREUM holding.
@Mike10947310 David Bailey was a former director at $AREN but $AREN is not Nasdaq listed so that does not fit into the puzzle. Does not stop people from speculating into it anyways (Look at the price action).
@IamNGupta8 Don't disagree on the cost cutting measures. It is just that the guidance does not reflect the optimism in the sales data. I am intrigued here too so just trying to cover all grounds. Thank you for your work on this!
@DakotasTwits Great idea regardless. As long as the stock stays above $6, you are better off with the warrants, if only there is a damn broker for that
@DakotasTwits Yeah, there's always the time component with these things but still a great idea. I have been looking for a way to long the warrants. Let me know if you are interested
