@IHC_guy@smlungpathguy@jahanbin_b Thank you, Andrew. Which clone of TTF1 do you use in your lab? I have observed a high rate of false positivity for TTF1 in SCCs with the SPT24 clone. The morphology strongly suggests SCC. I was initially unsure about performing immunostaining for this case.
Thanks for the comments. The majority of participants have voted for HP. But my impression is #TSA because of the abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, tiny abortive crypts, and penicillate nuclei. I will be happy to hear the comments of those people who disagree.
