LEADERSHIP & MOTIVATION TRAINING FOR BCCL EXECUTIVES

BCCL's HRD Department successfully organised a comprehensive 4-day training programme on Leadership & Motivation for its executives. The programme focused on the pivotal role of leadership and motivation in personal growth, efficient task management, and enhancing workplace safety. By strengthening leadership skills, this initiative aims to boost production, ensure safety, and contribute to the overall success of BCCL.

A total of 107 executives participated, gearing up to drive growth and positive change within the organisation. This is yet another step towards building a motivated and capable workforce, ready to lead with vision and integrity.

Shri Satish Chandra Dubey, Hon'ble Minister of State for Coal and Mines, Govt. of India, visited our subsidiary, BCCL. He participated in the ongoing 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign at ECO Park, at Koyla Nagar, BCCL.

The Hon'ble Minister visited the subsidence site at Sendra Bansjora, Sijua Area BCCL, where he assessed the impact of coal mining on surface infrastructure. He inquired into various aspects of the subsidence issue.

माननीय कोयला एवं खान राज्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार, श्री सतीश चन्द्र दुबे ने एना कोलियरी का जायजा लिया।
एना कोलियरी में कोयला खनन का इतिहास सौ साल से भी अधिक पुराना है जो 1906 से शुरू होता है। बीसीसीएल के कोयला उत्पादन में इस कोलियरी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। 216 हेक्टेयर में फैली इस साइट में कुल 165.50 मिलियन टन का कोयला भंडार है। हमने जलते हुए कोयले को निकालने और गर्म ओवरबर्डन के सुरक्षित रूप से हटाने के लिए उन्नत तकनीकों और प्रक्रियाओं को लागू करना सुनिश्चित किया है। अग्नि-प्रभावित क्षेत्रों से कोयला निकालने की इन प्रक्रियाओं में निरंतर पानी का ��िड़काव, गैर-दहनशील सामग्री से ब्लैंकेटिंग और कोयले को पूरी तरह से बुझाने की प्रक्रियाएँ आदि शामिल हैं।

माननीय कोयला एवं खान राज्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार, श्री सतीश चन्द्र दुबे ने कोयला नगर के अन्नपूर्णा हॉल में पँहुचकर MSDI फैशनप्रेन्योर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा की। मंत्री जी ने बीसीसीएल निदेशक मण्डल एवं महाप्रबंधकों के साथ रिव्यु मी��िंग की। मंत्री जी ने किट प्रदान करके MSDI के नये बैच का शुभारंभ किया तथा पिछले बैच की प्रशिक्षणार्थियों के साथ परिचर्चा एवं संवाद भी किया। उन्होनें धनबाद के लोगों के लिए सीएसआर की दो परियोजनाओं मोबाइल मेडिकल वैन एवं इलेक्ट्रिक बस की घोषणा की। वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में बीसीसीएल अपनी CSR परियोजना के तहत 02 मोबाइल मेडिकल वैन प्रदान कर रहा है, जो पूरी तरह से एक्स-रे, ईसीजी और सेमी-ऑटो एनालाइज़र मशीनों से सुसज्जित होंगी। बीसीसीएल बेलगड़िया पुनर्वास कॉलोनी के निवासियों के लिए 02 इलेक्ट्रिक बसें उपलब्ध करा रहा है। ये बसे��� पूरी तरह से एयर-कंडीशन होंगी और इनमें GPS सिस्टम, कार्ड स्वाइपिंग स्टेशन और CCTV कैमरे लगे होंगे।

Shri Satish Chandra Dubey, Hon’ble Minister of State for Coal & Mines, Govt. of India, visited our subsidiary Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), and chaired a review meeting at the company’s headquarters in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

The Hon’ble Minister at the outset paid homage at the Shaheed Smarak at Koyla Bhawan and planted saplings at the Eco-Park at Koyla Nagar in Dhanbad. He also visited the subsidence sites at Sendra, Bansjora, and Sijua and the Moonidh underground mine. There, he felicitated female employees for their outstanding contribution.

The Hon'ble Minister also inaugurated a state-of-the-art mini science lab at RBB High School, Rajganj, under BCCL's CSR initiative and was present at the inaugural ceremony of the new batch at the Multi Skills Development Institute (MSDI). Further, he announced the introduction of two electric buses for the residents of Belgaria, a rehabilitation site, along with the deployment of two mobile medical vans.

Our Chairman, Shri P. M. Prasad and CMD BCCL, Shri Samrian Dutta, along with senior management of CIL and BCCL, accompanied the Minister during his visit to BCCL.
