Today is the end of baby loss awareness week and at 7pm all over the world, we light candles to remember all the babies.

THE FINAL LONG RUN OF MARATHON TRAINING COMPLETED 🥹

Over 4 months of doing long runs every week has come to an end. From 23 miles round Loch Ness, 21 round Liverpool to 15 in the countryside with Russ- what an unbelievable experience.

13 days to go now until the big day. 26 miles for mental health, in London open for all those who want to join. Can promise a lot of crying from me and a lot of ramble about oasis
