“Taking place in October, the shows land amongst another landmark year for Duran Duran, surrounded by the release of the euphoric new single Free To Love featuring Nile Rodgers, a huge returning moment headlining London’s BST Hyde Park on 5 July for the second time, and more major touring plans.” https://t.co/ifn2wCDfHR
“(Free To Love”) is an uplifting, high-energy track built around a euphoric groove. Free To Love delivers an explosive strain of cyber-funk fun, immediate and built for the dancefloor, while carrying a message of positivity, openness and love in the face of a very divided world.” https://t.co/UH5EpAaIgN @ClassicPopMag
“a shimmering disco-pop track built on thick synth bass and Rodgers’ unmistakeable rhythm guitar touch, with Simon Le Bon’s vocals processed and buoyant throughout.”

“The synthpop icons have returned with their first new music of 2026 – a funk-inflected call to arms aided by Chic legend Nile Rodgers.”

“The British new wave legends return with “Free to Love” (via Tape Modern), an ode to the era of party music that exploded from the late ‘70s, when tight rhythm sections collided with funk and glitter on the dancefloor. “

Saw Duran Duran last night in Vegas. I worked in a record store at the height of the mania around the band. It was insane. Every poster, button, album, sold like crazy! Good to see them all these years later sounding great , 100% live, and 4/5 original lineup. Tons of hits.
