I guess you meant to say 'if you know your denomination and it's not listed, just write it under OTHER, otherwise if you don't know your denomination, you' mustn't be Christian.' Again, you'd be incorrect in that ascertion. Jesus didn't ask people to pledge fealty to a particular brand of Christianity.
