🚨 کیا آپ کو پتہ ہے کہ خط غربت کا پیمانہ کیا ہے؟ اگر آپ کی ماہانہ آمدنی 8,500 روپے ہے تو آپ خطِ غربت کے نیچے ہیں، لیکن اگر آپ کی آمدنی 10,000 روپے ماہانہ ہے تو آپ خطِ غربت سے اوپر ہیں۔ یعنی اگر آپ شادی شدہ ہیں، آپ کا 1 بچہ بھی ہے، اور آپ کی آمدنی 10,000 روپے مہینہ ہے تو سرکاری حساب کے مطابق آپ غریب نہیں ہیں۔

یہی وہ بنیاد ہے جس پر بتایا گیا کہ 7 کروڑ 28 لاکھ لوگ غربت میں زندگی گزار رہے ہیں۔ کیوں؟ کیونکہ ان کی ماہانہ آمدنی 8,500 روپے سے کم ہے۔ اب ذرا خود حساب لگائیں۔ آپ کہہ رہے ہیں کہ اس ملک میں 7 کروڑ 28 لاکھ لوگ ایسے ہیں جن کے پاس پورے مہینے کے لیے صرف 8,500 روپے ہیں؟

اب بتاؤ، میں جاؤں تو کہاں جاؤں؟ کس کے آگے روؤں؟ کس کو اپنی حالت سناؤں؟ اور پھر اس کے بعد بیٹھ کر بڑے فخر سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ معیشت بہتر ہو رہی ہے۔

بڑا بھائی کتنا ہی بڑا دنگل باز ہو کتنے ہی بڑے بدمعاشوں کی صلح صفائی کرواتا ہو اور باہر کے دشمنوں کو منہ توڑ جواب دیتا ہو لیکن اگر وہ اپنے ہی چھوٹے بھائی پر چڑھائی کرے، اسے مارے پیٹے اور اس کے جائز حق کو دبانے کی کوشش کرے تو پھر چھوٹا بھائی بغاوت پر مجبور ہو جاتا ہے...ایسے میں وہ نہ فرمانبرداری مانتا ہے اور نہ ہی اندھی تابعداری...بڑا بھائی ہونا یہ مطلب نہیں کہ اگر چھوٹا بھائی وراثت میں اپنا حق مانگے تو اسے ڈنڈے اور طاقت سے خاموش کر دیا جائے.. دنیا کے لیے منصف ثالث اور انصاف کا علمبردار بننے سے پہلے اپنے گھر کے اندر بھی انصاف کرنا پڑتا ہے...چھوٹا بھائی یہ نہیں دیکھتا کہ بڑا بھائی باہر کتنے بڑے بڑے فیصلے کرتا ہے یا دشمنوں کے سامنے کتنی بہادری دکھاتا ہے وہ صرف یہ دیکھتا ہے کہ اس کے ساتھ انصاف ہوا یا نہیں جب حق مانگنے پر جواب انصاف کے بجائے طاقت اور جبر کی صورت میں ملے تو پھر رشتوں میں دراڑیں پیدا ہوتی ہیں اور بغاوت جنم لیتی ہے...اور چھوٹا بھائی پھر وہ کر گزرتا ہے جو باہر کے بڑے بڑے دشمن بھی نہیں کر پاتے ..

The UN has now confirmed that women and children were killed in Pakistani airstrikes.

This is not an isolated incident. It is part of a dangerous and repeated pattern of cross-border strikes that have killed civilians, terrorised communities and violated Afghanistan’s sovereignty, the UN Charter, the Geneva Conventions and the most basic principles of international humanitarian law. This is war crime.

Pakistan’s military leadership must be held accountable. Civilian deaths cannot be dismissed as “collateral damage” or buried under counterterrorism rhetoric. Cross-border bombardment without consequences is not security policy. It is impunity with uniforms and aircraft.

There must be an independent international investigation, public accountability, compensation for victims’ families and consequences for those who authorised, planned, ordered and carried out these strikes. 👇

Ironically Pakistan is leaving no stone unturned for d success of US-Iran talks but makes it a point to not let its own talks with Afghanistan to succeed. Last time it had launched air strikes on Afg one day prior to Istanbul meeting & this time a day after d talks in Istanbul.
