I share culture, my own + others. Connecting artists, communities + public spaces around the world. Work/mission: Arts should be accessible to ALL people.
@JetBlue cabin crew was lovely and willing to be flexible but ground crew wouldn’t have it. Very disappointed in this unfortunate situation. Yes there may be rules but compassion should always win.
@JetBlue So frustrated with the lack of compassion displayed tonight. My mom is very sick and I am rushing to be with her. I was forced to check my bag even though there was space in the overhead bin. I asked for compassion and was told by ground crew they needed to follow rules
@Chopt the signage at the Brookfield Pl location is deceiving. It looks like Cauliflower Rice is the only option for the Blissful Harvest Bowl. So i was surprised when my total came to more than advertised price. I explained this and there was no effort to right this.
@MTA in the rerouting of the Q35 bus due to the Marine Parkway Bridge closure, you managed to completely omit service to and isolate Floyd Bennett Field. This is egregious.
@nyc311@NYC_DOT my 88 year old
father and I were just spoken to nastily and hung up on by a DOT rep who was checking the status of a disability parking permit. We needed information not rudeness.

@AllOfItWNYC@heybonanos I grew up on 7th and went to the Ukrainian Socialist club on 4th St (today KGB bar) every weekend for dance classes for 10+ years.
@DOEChancellor This is what we’re doing now? #BlackHistory projects due at the same time our children are being encouraged wear blue to support the NYPD? Why? Did the NYPD die?
We contacted 1 school and were told by an AP that they ‘see our point’ but they also got calls from parents asking what they are doing to support NYPD. They think because participation is not mandatory, it’s okay. It is not. (3)
These events should 100% not be in NYC public schools for so many reasons (a primarily Black student base, upholding white supremacy, creating a bullying climate for and being exclusionary of those who don't wear blue, taking place during Black History Month, +++) (2)
2 NYC public schools are having "Back the Blue" events - one is a collection of blue snacks to make food baskets for the local precinct (huh?) and the other is having an optional "wear blue to school" day to show support of the NYPD where a group picture will be taken. (1)
