Your self-concept isn't something you build, it's something you decide.
I see so many posts here treating self-concept like it's a project with milestones and completion dates. Like you have to put in enough reps before you're "allowed" to claim the reality you want. That's not how this works.
The shift isn't gradual. It's a decision. You decide you're the version of yourself who already has what you want, and you persist in that assumption. That's genuinely the whole thing.
Persisting doesn't mean you're required to feel amazing about it every day. It means that even when you wake up in a bad mood and the 3D looks completely unchanged and you feel genuinely ridiculous for believing any of this, your underlying assumption about who you are doesn't move. That's the persistence that actually matters.
You're not building up to something. You're either holding the assumption or you're not, and most of the time people toggle between the two and then wonder why they're getting inconsistent results.
