@AM_Escucha At least when checking in, the Aeromexico agent should ask to see the document knowing full well the passenger won’t be able to board without it. A big fail on customer service. I will not travel Aeromexico again and will tell my friends and family the same.

@Aeromexico My husband and kids (4 and 7) were refused boarding due to missing customs forms. Aeromexico didn’t explain necessity of this form to leave country. New custom forms were bought $35 usd pp, new tickets and 13 hour layover with small kids. No empathy from Aeromexico!

@AM_Escucha It should be Areomexico’s responsability to at least have the flight attendants explain the importance of this paper. Friends who have flown Delta, Air Transat say flight attendants tell passengers.

@AM_Escucha 7 people from our flight to Montreal also missed their flight for the same reason. An Aeromexico employee told me this happens to 500 people per day at Mexico city airport. This small detail has cost us over $1400 and a 13 hour layover. Seems like corruption.
