@Uber_Support I need to get in touch with your customer service. I had a Uber reserve cancel on me five minutes before a scheduled trip at 4 am - caused me to almost miss my flight. It’s unclear how I can follow up on this in the app since the ride is “unfulfilled”.

Worst flight ever @united brakes/mechanical error that should’ve been checked earlier forced people to wait in plane for 2.5 hours and were overheated for 1.5 hours since engine/AC had to be turned off, people missing connecting flights, outlets/wifi not working. Refund us!
