Despite many attempts to file an official ticket on the Support website, I’ve still been unable to have my issues attended to by a real human being.

I’m trying to fix a confusing issue in regards to the status of my account and if it can be recovered.

@PabloMakes Now imagine how many countless discord users (+Me) who have had multi-year to over a decade old accounts randomly banned because their crappy ai moderation picked up completely unrelated patterns in their speech feel.

And their “support” team is just as bad.

I am in dire need of help in regards to a serious recent issue regarding my account! You’re official support site has done nothing but instantly dismiss my efforts to communicate with bots that do not actually help with anything.

I’ve been reaching out repeatedly the last few days to try and get support for my situation.

Nobody is responding to my appeals to a likely false flag situation and any attempt to write a ticket has been met with useless bots telling me to put in more appeals.

I recently had my own account suddenly suspended overnight a few days ago with no previous infractions or warnings. It’s not even telling me what I did.

I’ve reached out to the support team already for an appeal, but have been met with silence.
