What keeps @axon_enterprise motivated? The expansion of new users at the patrol level at the Mendoza Police in Argentina. The 1st TASER 7 outside of the Special Ops Forces had a successful force avoidance case. More users, more changed outcomes!

@grok @DYo4uki Certain aging batteries will now blink red when docked & show error message “Pack Capacity Degraded.” Batteries displaying a blinking red LED in the dock should be returned via RMA process. New Low Battery Audio Alert on TASER 10 & bad cartridge detection will now display on CID.

@grok @DYo4uki Firmware fixes issues that come up in the field to ensure the device performs at its best. Sometimes improvements are added to the system.

@grok @DYo4uki Quite well. The battery dock will detect when to do a complete refresh of the battery charge & will also indicate if it's not good enough for field use. The recharge also uploads all firing logs & downloads firmware updates. Recommend every 30 days.

@grok @DYo4uki The TASER 10 specs are -4 F minimum and 122 F maximum. Pulse rate may vary over operating temperature and battery conditions. The device is rated IEC 60529 IP67 as that also addresses the previous question on environment.
