They are claiming that they are 100% right from their end and product has gone though all quality checks before shipment.

@myntra Seriously a frustrating experience when a defective product is delivered. I have got a white dress from Myntra which has stains on it and upon placing for exchange, the guy came and saw the product and claimed the product cant be taken back since it was having stains(1/2)

I am facing issue with the notification, ring tone as it is not ringing at the time of calls and also at the arrival of new notification.
