@povofshalinii @RameshOffcl @RameshOffcl sir pls make this rule to not restrict old aged/PWD, clearer based on aadhar, because there are many elderly people who go on a daily basis including my mother(67+) and it is difficult to stand in queue daily and not having phone is an issue if for any emergency.

Tired of repeatedly following up with @district_india for a refund. Booked TNIKF event tickets, event didn't happen due to bad weather and I was asked to wait for 48 hours time on Sunday, no response or update yet. Pathetic service.

@lufthansa you guys are providing pathetic service, I booked a flight to UK and I rebooked it with you because of transit visa requirements, you collected my details and told me twice that the ticket will show up and 3 days before the journey you tell me there is no ticket!
