Pathetic service from @Delhivery for AWB 1904070485202. Delivery agent gave a deliberate missed call, ignored my callbacks, and falsely updated “customer unreachable.” Earlier another agent even lied about the pincode being wrong when the seller confirmed it was correct.

@RailwaySeva @drmhowrah Why don’t you mandate providing receipts for each transaction. If a private bus can provide a 8rs receipt , we definitely can . Or buy and deposit token system , like the metro has . This will definitely help reducing this base level corruption.

#corruption at the very basic facilities provided by railway india .
I just visited Howrah railway station and unfortunately the public toilet there as well .
The gatekeeper charges 15 for toilet , 5 for urinals and 20 for bath and toilet .
