@LandlordLinks I think his son is currently working for this Administration. Ben Black for CEO of international development financial corporation. At this point I’m wondering if Trump has anybody that’s not tied to the Epstein scandal
I’m 38.
And here’s what time teaches you.
Playing it safe doesn’t save you.
It slowly erases you.
By your thirties, the difference is clear.
Some people feel alive.
Others stay comfortable, busy, and quietly bored.
The ones who glow took risks.
They carried weight.
They chose responsibility over ease,
depth over distraction,
ownership over permission.
Hard things gave them meaning.
Building something real.
Mastering a skill.
Learning how money moves.
Standing still long enough to feel purpose return.
The world doesn’t reward “nice,”
or balanced calendars,
or endless motion.
It rewards those who become useful,
focused,
and willing to go all in.
The old rules are broken.
The safe path is an illusion.
Comfort always collects a fee.
So choose depth.
Choose ownership.
Choose obsession.
Or choose comfort —
just be honest
about what it costs.
The older I get, the more I understand this elderly guy who told me:
“Pokémon cards are demonic.”
“Never drive a car with a chip in it—are ya nuts?”
“Never trust the government.”
“Taxation is theft.”
“Vietnam was wrong.”
And other phrases I can’t recall right now.
This gentlemen drove cars from the ’70s, lived about an hour from the city, hated electric cars, and would share a beer with you to discuss politics and government. I met him during my time at a brokerage from punching numbers.
Thank you, Mr. Rolls.
NEW: Amin Mizani, the Mayor of Keller, Texas, announces that the Keller City Council intends to partner with ICE through the 287(g) Program, which allows local law enforcement to investigate and hold criminals in custody if they are subject to federal immigration enforcement.
No more criminal illegals being released back onto the streets. This needs to be done in EVERY city in the country.
@francysromero Can’t this just be a case of ignorance - kid not knowing of the death ? They haven’t released the quote, but it’s common to make a “yo momma joke” when trying to get under someone’s skin
Money is taxed when we are paid.
Money is taxed when it's invested.
Money is taxed when it's spent.
Money is taxed when it's inherited.
Property purchased with the taxed money is then taxed again every single year.
The Founding Fathers would not support this level of taxation.
