@Hill_Darran Direct entry Super I worked with couldn't handle PACE cover on his own. Always had to roster another Super, in addition, when he was PACE cover. Kept up the charade for 6 months then shipped him off to HQ. Lovely chap but wouldn't have made a good PC never mind Super.
