I had read that Charles doesn't want to do it. Why would he not want to do it? Who else would it go to? I know he wants a slimmed down Monarchy.

@LivingMagazineW There is no law saying those expecting a child have to provide information about their pregnancy to anyone! People love to tear Meghan(especially)and Harry down! If she wanted to rest her hands on her baby "bump" all day, that's her business! They didn't have to share any info!
