🇳🇪 🇩🇿✈️ Il va vraiment falloir se poser des questions sur l'envoi de ces quatre Su-30 par l’Algérie à Niamey en soutien à Tiani et aux mercenaires de Wagner pour neutraliser les Forces Armées Nigériennes (FAN) révoltées. Alger viole ainsi son propre dogme de non-ingérence, pourtant inscrit dans sa Constitution comme une règle fondamentale et intangible. Et voilà l'Algérie qui parachute brusquement, ce 30 août 2026, à Niamey avec l'intention de vouloir intervenir dans une dispute opposant différentes factions de l'armée nigérienne, soi-disant à la demande des putschistes qui cherchent à se protéger de la frustration de leurs propres frères d'armes. C’est du jamais-vu … d’autant plus que même les mercenaires de Wagner qui sont sur place ont exigé une demande écrite officielle de Tiani avant de s'en prendre aux mutins. Ce qui fut fait. Et le bilan est d'une vingtaine de morts, selon les infos qui circulent.
Alors que dans les crises régionales, comme au Sahel ou au Soudan, Alger privilégie toujours le dialogue et les solutions politiques internes plutôt que l'action militaire extérieure, pourquoi vouloir intervenir militairement au Niger pour neutraliser des militaires nigériens frustrés ? Ou tout simplement pour ses projets congelés de gazoduc et de Kafra, l'Algérie choisit délibérément de soutenir militairement un régime putschiste au détriment des processus de négociation pacifique ?

​Algérie, nous vous rappelons que ces militaires que vous cherchez à abattre sont avant tout des Nigériens qui se sacrifient chaque jour pour la sécurité du peuple et l'intégrité du territoire national. S'ils ont haussé la voix, c'est uniquement pour demander de la justice, des conditions de vie humaines et des moyens matériels pour protéger la nation. On ne répond pas aux revendications légitimes d'une armée par des drones kamikazes ou des avions de chasse d'un pays tiers soi-disant frère, mais par un appel au rejet de la violence, à la retenue et au dialogue.

#Niger 🇳🇪 MUTINERIE DE LA BASE 101 🪖 CE QUE L'ON SAIT

"Une frustration au sein de l'armée a fini par virer en mutinerie sanglante ; il n'a jamais été question d'un coup d’État", selon une source sécuritaire.

Selon des informations vérifiées, tout est parti d’un refus de déploiement sur le terrain, en raison des conditions d’engagement et des contraintes logistiques. En effet, le 26 août 2026, lors d’une rencontre avec le chef d’état-major de l’armée de terre, le général Maman Sani Kiao, ce dernier a notifié aux officiers Nassirou et Moutari, appartenant aux forces spéciales, la décision de la hiérarchie de les envoyer à Boulkessi et au parc W.

Les deux officiers, Nassirou et Moutari, précédemment positionnés respectivement à la base Aghali de Dosso et à la base aérienne 101 de Niamey. Ils ont catégoriquement refusé cette affectation en évoquant le cas du fils du général Mody, à la tête du BSR, initialement désigné pour cette mission. Mais, il a été envoyé au Maroc pour une formation créée de toutes pièces par son père pour lui éviter le terrain. Les deux officiers ont contesté cette attitude irresponsable de les envoyer à l'abattoir alors d'autres sont envoyés en tourisme. "Pendant que certains sont maintenus sur des théâtres d’opérations au-delà de la durée de projection prévue, d’autres bénéficient de formations et du tourisme à l’étranger, de promotions ou sont nommés à des postes administratifs".

C’est à partir de ce différend que la situation a commencé à dégénérer.

La frustration est devenue une mutinerie; les militaires ont commencé à tirer en l'air pour contester la décision de la hiérarchie, avant de se replier vers la base aérienne 101 de Niamey, où était précédemment positionné l’un d’eux, l’officier Moutari.

Entre-temps, un autre officier, Maï-Hatchi, alors en mission d'escorte sur l'axe Dori, a été mis aux arrêts en raison de soupçons pesant sur lui. Informée de la situation, la partie de son bataillon stationnée à Niamey a , selon ces informations, immédiatement rejoint le mouvement.

Et, la garde présidentielle (GP) s'est alors lancée à leur poursuite en ouvrant le feu, déclenchant l'affrontement. Lorsqu'ils ont compris que la hiérarchie cherchait à les éliminer, les mutins se sont retranchés pour se défendre.

Selon toujours ces informations, il n’a jamais été question d’une tentative de coup d’État organisée par l’armée. Le mouvement est dû à une frustration interne qui a dégénéré en mutinerie armée, en raison de conditions de déploiement et au sentiment d’un traitement inégal au sein des forces spéciales.

Par la suite, Tiani a utilisé cet incident comme prétexte pour régler ses comptes avec les forces spéciales. Plutôt que d'écouter ces hommes du terrain, de négocier la désescalade et le retour au calme, il a adressé une requête officielle aux mercenaires de Wagner pour les neutraliser au drone kamikaze, ce qui a provoqué une bavure sanglante, faisant des morts et des blessés. Et pour humilier l'armée républicaine, la GP n'a pas hésité à exhiber les mutins comme son trophée de guerre, épaulée par les mercenaires de Wagner (AfriKa Korps), un fait confirmé par l’ambassadeur de Russie au Niger, Viktor Voropaïev.
L'heure est maintenant à la chasse aux sorcières, beaucoup vont être casés, radiés, emprisonnés ou exilés... pour qu'il n'y ait plus qu'un seul maître à bord. La fin classique de tout régime d'exception.
Déjà, il y'a eu une cinquantaine d'arrestations au camp Bagagi, des jeunes avec à leur tête un lieutenant Lawly Mamane Sabiou volatilisé. Et cette purge est loin d'être terminée, d'autant que la position du CEMA reste particulièrement ambiguë.

En résumé, la question n’est donc pas seulement de savoir comment la mutinerie s’est terminée. Il faut aussi comprendre ce qui l’a provoquée, qui a donné les ordres et pourquoi une contestation interne a été transformée en affrontement armé aussi violent.
