@UIDAI i went on 9th Jan to ASK ludhiana for updating address and image in my adhar and its been a month its not updated yet i do not understand why the process is slow. In the age of tech having such a slow process is really a pain for citizens. Please help

Defective in 4 days.
At service center for 8+ days.
Confirmed faulty twice.
Now denied replacement because of a tiny scratch I wasn’t even aware of.
@SamsungIndia— this is not how a flagship brand treats customers. I just want what’s fair. 😞#foldgate

Decided to switch to @SamsungIndia for the Fold’s innovation — and it’s been nothing but stress, excuses, and waiting.

Your service team confirmed replacement twice, then backed out at the last minute citing a scratch I never even noticed.
Please do the right thing — replace the defective unit.
