I just learned an interesting detail about payments and strong customer authentication. Starting in April, the merchant can assume that the issuer supports 3DS 2.0. If they don't, 3DS can be dropped altogether and the risk shifts to the issuer. #payments #PSD2 #3DS #3DS2 #RTS
