@teslaeurope The only thing I would still like back is the Enhanced Autopilot behavior for lane changes on the highway. Just let me actively choose if I want to overtake a vehicle, rather than doing so with only a minimal speed delta and/or just before approaching an exit I need to take.
Just some of my gripes with FSD that I experience on the highway every time. Outside of it, it does remarkably well, aside from not giving others the right of way sometimes .
So, @Tesla, Iโd love to know when itโs improvement for the Netherlands, so I can subscribe again.
Any FSD update coming soon to the Netherlands for my @teslaeurope MY24 HW4?
I cancelled my subscription as I was really done with some of its behavior like the hesitation with a lane change (like when it turns on indicators, doesnโt change, turns them off, and repeat)
Or the behavior where the exit is within a kilometer or so, itโs in the correct lane to exit, but suddenly decides itโs a good idea to overtake a few cars and gets itself โin troubleโ as now it has a hard time finding a spot to go to the exit.
@teslaeurope Would really love to see a video of if taking a roundabout (or better yet a "turbo-rotonde") and it driving on 60km/h ways with suggested bike lanes.
@natalie_thenerd I was planning to do the same thing with the BG22 dev kits I had lying around.. it's nice that if I just wait long enough someone else does it instead. If only this would work for the maintenance around the house. ๐
@Consoles4You I was thinking of an MGBC fork that would be ready to order with assembly from JLCPCB or alike so you'd only have to transfer the CPU (and maybe the RAM, although there's probably replacements available for that). But unfortunately I've too many other projects to finish first!๐
@Consoles4You That would probably one of my multiplayer games. Would be awesome to have this on my desk for when I'm working on reverse engineering the link cable protocols for my Bluetooth link cable project.
@Consoles4You@ManCloud89 Nice. My GBA HD DP prototype has been sitting in a box for a long time now, waiting to be finished. Good to see you still made one!
@collingall @Replicant813 If you get rid of some of the animations (e.g. the fading), it will likely already feel more responsive.
In my experience with the ESP32-S3 and C3 (of course mostly dependent on resolution), it helps I'd you keep the situations where the entire frame is refreshed to a minimum.
Managed to program twiboot on the MCU as well using the USBasp (after updating it to get the "slow" programming mode).
Unfortunately, the ESP32 on the SAE does not seem to find the MCU via I2C.
Next step is gonna be double checking my connections in the schematic and...
