On some real shit, @cryptocom customer support is literally 10000000000000X better than @coinbase

No 4hr waits for virtual assistant, no talking to customer care and them telling you they can’t do anything contact virtual assistant while you turn old before they even reply back to you

Cryptocom is going to match my maxed out limits I had with Coinbase because I spent A LOT of money with my Coinbase card and I paid A LOT of fees transacting and withdrawing lump sums of money to my bank (this year alone I have paid Coinbase well over six figures in just withdrawal fees)

I also literally barley waited or had an issue with cryptocom customer support logging into my old account so I could start this transfer process from Coinbase to cryptocom

Yes Coinbase fixed my account suspension because my post went viral this past weekend but in return blocked my Coinbase card and refuse to fix it and it’s literally impossible to get a hold of someone to fix it which is worse than a fckn bank

8 years I had my Coinbase account, 8 fckn years… you aren’t “debanking” shit @brian_armstrong
