What an amazingly pathetic and the worst customer service from @goibibo. There's no option to contact the customer service agent to get a resolution which isn't available on the #goibibo app. Never going to use it again in my life.

When I started the trip, it was Rs. 234, but I ended the trip with Rs. 503. They charged almost double the amount which was expected.
