In March 2026, in response to a defamation case filed by Isha in 2024, the Delhi High Court issued an order directing media outlet Nakkheeran to remove all defamatory videos and articles it published against Isha Foundation and Sadhguru. 
Tired rehashings of these salacious allegations, amplified by other malicious entities, have been repeatedly dismissed by the courts, police investigations and government enquiries. The latest order reaffirms what Isha has consistently maintained: that these allegations are untrue, and part of a motivated, long-running attempt to mislead the public and damage the reputation of Isha and Sadhguru.

#WATCH | Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu | Isha Foundation Administrator Dinesh Raja says, "Today, the Delhi High Court passed an important order in a defamation case filed by the Isha Foundation against Nakkheeran Publications and its editor, Gopal. This publication launched a premeditated campaign specifically defaming Isha, Sadhguru, and all its people and activities. We filed a case in the Delhi High Court in December 2024. Even the publication's lawyers were unable to prove a single point, despite the fact that they had been deliberately posting eleven videos for some time to defame Isha and Sadhguru. Therefore, the judge today issued a clear order, directing that all eleven videos related to the Isha Foundation be removed immediately..." (19.03)
