The clips were just a few seconds long in 20–30 min+ videos focused on public interest, policy, and education.

Instead of fostering collaboration, ANI is allegedly:
✅ Issuing copyright strikes
✅ Pressuring him to join a paid subscription model for “permission”

This raises serious concerns about misuse of copyright law to harass independent creators doing high-quality, informative work.
