It isn’t just a production model problem. It’s about the food system it’s self being so big there are so many links in the chain if one fails the hole thing goes fubar. Change will come when the people start giving money to someone who can deliver

Not to be all negative and pun intended chicken little. I believe most of the fix comes down to adding diversity in the system it’s self. mono systems with no ability to pivot or explore other options due to regulatory concerns.
If we eat 3 meals a day for the year that is 1095 meals. That’s a massive amount of food. Most rely on massive corporations not farmers 👩🏾🌾 to provide that food at an affordable price. The ? We should ask is where does the money I spend on cheap food go? #localfood#localfarms
