We wanted to understand what it really feels like to be a delivery partner in the world of 10-minute commerce.
At @locus_sh , we’ve been closely working on improving our own rider app. But instead of just guessing what delivery partners need, we wanted to see what’s already out there.
So we signed up for @ZeptoNow , @letsblinkit , and @SwiggyInstamart , not as a designer, not as a researcher, but as a rider.
We thought it would be just about fast apps. It wasn’t.
It was about anxiety, broken processes, tiny moments of joy, and messy edge cases that no Figma file can show.
