@HM_Passport Have rung 0300 222 0000 twice today and after holding for 20+ mins each time there's engaged type tone and then line goes dead. Urgently waiting for update on a passport renewal application rec'd by you on 28 Aug Docs rec'd 4 Sept. Travel on 26 Sept with family. Please assist.
