I had multiple interaction with customer care services but till now there is no help. Even I shared the email from @ICICIBank but customer care keep on delaying on this. Even I asked them if you didn’t receive amount then give me it in written over email but no reply till now.

On 27th September 2022 I was trying to book my ticket from @etihad app. Amount 39,446 INR was deducted but no ticket was generated. @ICICIBank confirmed as well over email that transaction is successful from their end.
@EtihadHelp please do something.
