@eleanormharris We think so too! Although it's a pity UAVs can't currently be used for more hands-on tasks like seed planting (as is currently happening in America - @DroneSeed). We'll stick to data-gathering for the moment, but there are exciting prospects for the future of UAVs in forestry!

We're supporting the aims of today's #ClimateStrike by rendering 3D models of woodland damaged by extreme high winds. Such events are becoming more frequent & interrogation of 3D models provides a wealth of data to inform coping strategies for the fallout.
