@Delta an up grade is not an upgrade if you give the customer a seat they don’t want, no matter what row it is. Just consult the customer. I’d rather b n the back of a plane in a window seat then at the front of the plane in a aisle. Couldn’t sleep & ive been up since 4am 😑 Thx
