Went shopping, prep for today's deep freeze. -19 and all OK but eyeglass area: PAIN and headache in the 30 min I was out! Today -41 real feel and stayed in overheated apartment, strolling along on my walking pad! Stay safe everyone!

@TeaFea2 @Misha_Again_ I get it, happens to me every now and then; plateaus are hard. I just had to take 2 weeks off and walked a lot instead (mostly errands). The gym can be addicting and I've seen lots of folks training at full blast with injuries.
