I have a return shipment that has to be delivered to me. It didn't go out for delivery yet from 12th Jan. If I try calling the support or raising a ticket, the IVR is not allowing me to raise a query. Could you please help me with this?
@help_delhivery The tracking ID for the return package is given below. I was out of the station and unable to pick the call (if ever done). I would pick my package manually if you could even provide warehouse details.
