TERRIBLE experience with @ZeptoNow
Order had several issues including incorrect items delivered, missing items, and soiled packaging for several items. Chat and email support refuse to acknowledge the issue despite photographic proof and send template AI responses. What a shame.
@zeptocares@ZeptoNow@aadit_palicha@v0hra how long can this go on? Even with photographic proof, your team refuses to acknowledge and resolve the issue. I sent 10 photos with my email and my chat support messages. It was ignored and I got template AI responses in return with no option to escalate.
@zeptocares Thanks for having my back. Can I get my refund for the wrong products now? I'm going to start posting the photos here so you can see what went wrong, along with all of social media. Idli delivered instead of dosa. Missing expiry dates. Torn packaging. Missing products. #fraud

@airindia My sister is travelling from YYZ to DEL on AI today. Flight delayed by 6+ hours. They're travelling with 2 babies: 5 month & 2 year old & their booked seats have been changed. Customer care refuses to help with alt flights/seats. Absolutely terrible service. #airindia
