@ravikishann @myogiadityanath @AshwiniVaishnaw , Sir..I am totally agree with ur words. Gorakhpur is really " Spain " of India. Gorakhpur also deserve Semi High speed trains like " Vande Bharat " Shatabdi or Rajdhani " from Delhi. DEL - GKP , With travel time 8 hours.

पिछले हफ्ते (15 अगस्त) को हमलोग मधुबनी के SSP से मिलने पहुंचे और उनके कार्यालय की व्यवस्था देखी तो लगा ये वन ऑफ केस है, जिसमें SSP साब की कुर्सी और सामने बैठे व्यक्ति में 10 फीट की दूरी है! परंतु हम गलत थे

दरअसल ये बिहार के जिले में "अफसरशाही" की तस्वीर है..

भोजपुर SP का कार्यालय है जिसमें SP साब से मिलने वर्तमान NDA सरकार के प्रमुख घटक दल के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष व रालोसपा विधायक आलोक सिंह जी हैं। दूरी यहां भी ~10 फीट से ज्यादा ही होगा..

इनकी कुर्सी की जगह और पानी के बोतल से पता चल रहा है कि बिहार में किस प्रकार का शासन चल रहा है और यहां किस प्रकार की अफसरशाही है।

'आम आदमी' की इन अधिकारियों के सामने क्या बिसात होगी। कहने के लिए लिए जनता के सेवक हैं।

DM और SP कार्यालय में फोटो खिंचवाने की भी मनाही है। ये विश्वास है कि ये फोटो भी चुपके से ही ली गई होगी।

एक समय था और हम ये सुने हैं कि कभी DM और SP फाइल लेकर विधायक या MP के आवास पर आया करते थे।

न अब उस प्रकार के MLA/MP हैं! जनप्रतिनिधि आज जनता के प्रतिनिधि कम हैं, व्यापारी ज्यादा हैं और यह बात अधिकारी भी जानते हैं।

DGP साब के कार्यालय में उनसे पिछले एक महीने में 02 बार मिले हैं। वहां बैठने की सामान्य व्यवस्था है। यह अलग बात है कि आम आदमी शायद ही वहां पहुंच पाए।

बिहार में जो है यही है... नहीं पता ये कैसे बदलेगा
