Yesterday, Hon. Lady Justice Susan Abinyo decided to give a whole/entire lecture of Agency & Distributorship coupled with a whole topic on Trade secrets (IP) in this decision. Trust me! You've not come across such a well-thought decision on Trade secrets in Ugandan jurisprudence. Take note, as for Uganda, we don't have a clear written law or authority to guide on determination of such contracts of distributorship, we basically borrow from common law and some widely recognized textbooks on the same. This decision is surely worth reading ✍️👌
