The North-West is tired of condolence politics. Our people do not need leaders who only visit after tragedy. They need leaders who can prevent tragedy before it happens. That is why Hon. Abdussamad Dasuki’s call for the use of technology to fight insecurity is not just timely, it is a serious leadership statement from the ADC North-West Governorship Candidates Forum.

For years, communities across the North-West have suffered because security response is often too slow. Villages are attacked, people are kidnapped, farmers are chased away from their lands, and by the time help arrives, families have already been destroyed. And this is why ADC is presenting a different kind of leadership.

The ADC North-West Governorship Candidates are not merely talking about power. They are talking about solutions. They are asking practical questions. They are looking at the pain of ordinary people and saying: enough of slow response, enough of outdated methods, enough of losing innocent lives because government failed to act on time.

This vision also aligns with the national leadership Atiku Abubakar represents. Atiku understands that security is not only about deploying force. Hon. Abdussamad Dasuki has spoken like a leader who understands the urgency of the moment. The ADC Governorship Candidates in the North-West are showing that the region deserves governors who think, plan and act with modern tools.
