A Ukrainian MiG-29 comes in low and knocks a Shahed out of the sky with its 30mm cannon, no missile, just the gun.

You can see the drone start trailing smoke and then fall while the jet breaks away.

Those intercepts usually happen with missiles, so seeing one done with the cannon like this is pretty rare.

Feels like something out of an old dogfight, not 2026.
