Airtel service is shit, they never stop spamming you when you fail to recharge. But, service is pathetic. Airtel App Bot is another garbage. Airtel Call Centre is helpless spend 30 minutes for canned responses.

4. After multiple frustrating attempts, I finally got through to a customer executive who claimed the issue was "escalated" and assured service by 6 PM. 5. At 6 PM, no surprise — the new ETA is 12 AM. 6. Another call, another round of apologies, excuses, and redundant questions.
